Terms & Conditions:
1) Nestle India Limited, (hereinafter “Nestle”) is hosting a program called ‘MAGGI PAZZTA LOVE” (hereinafter referred to as the “Program” for easy reference);
2) This Program is available and applicable exclusively for those of fans of MAGGI Facebook page – www.facebook.com/merimaggi (hereinafter the “site”);
3) The Program is valid for 3 days i.e. from 30th July 2013 to 2nd August 2013 (both days inclusive) (hereafter the “time period”) and participation in this Program is optional & voluntary. The Program is available for the above time period only;
4) No purchase of any product of Nestle is required for participation in this Program;
5) By participating in this Program, the participant expressly confirms and represents that he/she has read the terms and conditions of this Program and has agreed to accept and abide by the same;
6) Participation in this Program is open to all Indian citizens except employees and the family members of Nestlé, its Associate Companies, its Advertising Agency and its Media Partners.
7) To participate in this Program:
a) The participant is required to click on a link which will be part of a Facebook post promoting this program. After clicking on the link the participant will be required to answer a simple question and have the details filled completely i.e. name, postal address and mobile number and
b) The Participant is entitled to submit the above said entry only once and it is expressly stated that multiple entries shall not be entertained under any circumstances;
8) Nestle reserves its rights to cancel or remove any entry by any participant at any point of time, at its sole discretion. The decision of Nestle shall be final and binding;
9) At the end of this Program time period, Nestlé shall send the gift hampers to the first valid 1000 (One Thousand) entries, after collating entry forms as received from MAGGI Facebook site. The respective names of the winners of those valid 1000 (One Thousand) entries will be declared on the Facebook site;
10) The 1st 1000(One Thousand) winners are eligible to receive a gift hamper from Nestlé, which will contain 2 single packs of MAGGI Pazzta product. The gift hamper shall be delivered within 4 weeks’ time from the date of declaration of winners;
11) Award of gift hampers is subject to the verification by Nestlé. In case the winner(s) is not reachable, Nestlé will reserve the right to pass on the gift hamper to another participant without any further notice;
12) In case a participant is not contacted/ intimated/ declared as a winner, it shall automatically mean that the person’s name has not come through in the first 1000 (One Thousand) entries and he/she is not a winner;
13) Nestlé reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to deal with the selection of the first 1000 (One Thousand) entries as mentioned above as well as the distribution of gift hampers.
14) Nestlé reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the Terms & Conditions of this Program at any time, without prior notice.
