Pre-Booking Offer Details:
- Customers can choose to reserve products in advance by pre-booking available products. This will guarantee early availability of the product during ‘redemption window’ before start of the Great Indian Festival.
The Pre-booking window will be live as mentioned on the detail page of the product. (“Pre-book Period”). The steps to Pre-book are as follows:
- An initial pre-booking payment is required for placing the order during the Pre-book Period. This mode of payment is prepaid via Amazon Pay balance.
- Before start of the redemption window (final payment window to buy your pre-booked product), already paid pre-booking amount will be released back to your Amazon Pay balance.
- When the pre-booking redemption window is open, you can purchase your pre-booked product by paying the price mentioned on the product detail page. The payment for your pre-booking can be completed by going to the detail page of the product directly or through the link provided on the reminder notifications. Redemption Payment can be made through COD or any prepaid payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Payment Wallets/Net banking/E-Gift Vouchers).
